Bervar, offers over 20 years of trial experience.  Mr. Bervar is a former Assistant Federal  Public Defender and State Prosecuting Attorney.  He is also a past President of the Hawaii Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and the Hawaii Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
